Business checking account fees are determined by the balance and activity
of each individual account. If you maintain balances that offset your
accounts activity cost you account may never incur a service charge.
An earnings rate is calculated monthly based on the 90 day Treasury Bill
Rate for the most recent 30-day period. This rate is applied to your account's
"Balance Available for Investment" which is the average positive
collected funds less 10% of that balance. The result is your earnings
credit. If an average negative collected balance occurs the rate of prime
plus 2% will be charged along with the following activity charges:

- No service charge is made to the account during the month unless the

Available to Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships and Corporations
- Minimum opening balance $500.00
- If daily balance falls below $500.00, there will be a $10.00 service
charge for the month.
- A per item fee of 20 cents each will be charged when item counts listed
below are exceeded:
- 50 - Checks Per Month
- 25 - Deposits Per Month
- 50 - Deposited Items Per Month
If item counts are consistently exceeded, the account will be changed
to a Business Analysis Account.

public funds
- Minimum opening balance is $1500.00
- If the daily balance falls below $1500.00 there will be an $8.00 service
charge for the month.
- Simple interest is computed on the collected balance and credited
to your account monthly.
- If your collected balance falls below $1500.00, no interest is earned
for the day.
- The interest rate is established by First National and is subject
to change depending on market conditions.

- Minimum opening balance is $2500.00
- Interest is computed on the collected balance and credited to your
account monthly.
- If the daily balance falls below $2500.00, no interest is earned for
the day.
- The interest rate is established by First National and is subject
to change depending on market conditions.
- If your balance drops below $2500.00 during the month there is an
$8.00 service charge.
- There is a .15 per check or debit item charge.
